Dr. Chris McHardy will be retiring from General Practice on April 30, 2021. Travancore Medical Centre will close. Patients are encouraged to collect their medical records in person or to have their medical records transferred to their new primary healthcare provider. Copies of medical records will not be provided to any other healthcare professional without the patient's express written direction. Please contact the practice for any further information.
